I have these on my 09 Hatch STI and they have an amazingly balanced feel. The car now drives better than my buddies M3 and is firm, but not harsh. They are adjustable both height and compression/rebound. I lowered my car .5" with these and corner balanced it but keep my coilovers set at "1" for rebound and compression as they get harsh and "track ready" very quick when you start clicking up the adjustments. Overall, I'm very satisfied on these even thought they're not being put to proper use on my daily driver!
