OK everybody this toolbox isn't just some cheap chinese piece of junk. this tool box is right on par with Matco, snap-on, and mac toolboxes if not better. Well, it is better for the price. Consider that a "name brand" box of this size will cost 8-11 K. This box has ball bearing rails so draws feel smooth and secure when opening and closing. The Lock compared to the "name brand" is top notch there is almost no play in the draws once their locked for the night. The stainless steel top is great for using as a work bench and if feels strong and sturdy. Overall absolute great box for the money here guys can't go wrong here!!!

I purchased a Wagan Inverter three months ago. Last time I used the inverter heard a screw or piece of metal moving about inside. I was concerned that it may be a hazardous to continue to use the product. I also wanted to know if I could remove the case and take out the piece of metal. Website said do not remove cover without the advice of technical support and doing so would void the warranty. Attempted to contact Wagan Tech technical support twice over a three day period and never received a call back. I then left two messages for manager and never received a call back. I was told to obtain an RMA and send in the product. Customer is required to pay postage both ways. It will take 2-3 weeks to receive product back. Wagan Tech wants inverter in original packaging. The items below are directly from the company website. I would suggest you review the company Warranty and RMA policies before purchasing their products.
