This is a nice system, very nice. It works well but a little tricky to install with my Bushwacker Bed Rail caps, it was a little tight. Be aware you have to also buy the rails to install this product. Amazon does not sell them, I got mine at Truckaddons.com, good folks to work with. I have not had it rain on me yet so I don't know how much rain it keeps out. I also had a Transfer Flow fuel tank installed that is made to work with this system, gives me 37 extra gallons and fills the space below the JackRabbit cannister and about 8 inches more of the bed.
