The installation of these shocks was very easy with the complete intall taking less than an hour using tools commonly found around the house. The only tool I needed to purchase was a t50x torx driver. After completing the install, I immediately noticed a significant improvement over the stock setup. These springs provide greatly enhanced travel, which makes those longer road trips much more bareable for any of you riding on any of the HD Sportster class models. While these shocks are a little pricey, it is well worth the money as you will feel like you have a brand new bike. The hand twist adjustments, as opposed to Harley's which require a tool, provides added flexibility when out riding and allows you to dial in your preferences wherever you may be. Overall, these are excellent shocks and I would recommend to friends and family if they were considering purchasing new shocks.
