Installed this on a 2008 Nissan Titan, long bed. The hardest thing about installing it was lifting it up on to the bed rail. The rest was a breeze! Just unfold it, get it centered front to back and side to side (have a tape measure ready). This takes about 10 minutes. Once it is centered (make sure you can close the tailgate), carefully fold it back up and clamp it at the front. Once the front clamps are tightened down (not TOO TIGHT), unfold the rest of it and clamp it at the rear. These rear clamps are spring loaded so just pull down on the clamp, slip it under the edge of the bed rail and let go. Total install time about 20 minutes. I can feel the difference in the ride, it is smoother and much quieter. Even quieter than having a topper. Very secure especially if you have a tailgate lock. Since the clamps are inside the bed, the tail gate has to be open in order to remove the clamps. The cover comes with straps with snap clips that secure the cover when you want to open it. Note: When the cover is open, only the back 2/3 of the bed is open. The front part of the cover remains in place. If you have a tall load more than 2/3's the length of the bed, you will have to remove the cover entirely. The cover does coverup the stake pockets.
