The cover was packed in a thin cardboard box. The end flaps were not even taped shut. The unit is very heavy and the delivery person did not use a hand truck and dragged it up my side walk. The bottom end flap was open and the vinyl was scraped leaving a light area. The instructions and supplied tape was gone also. I knew Amazon would readily take it back, but I figured a replacement would probably suffer the same fate. I installed it and had my auto upholstery shop fix the spots (did not cost much and looks great now). I am surprised the shipper accepted it the way it was boxed.
The cover itself looks and fits great and looks well made. Without the shipping issue I would have given it 5 stars. If you can get it to your house in one piece, I recommend it.
