The previous reviewer apparently is clueless. The whole system is stainless as advertised including the muffler.

The exhaust hangers went right into the stock hanger locations without any bending. The only customization needed on my truck was to replace a section of previously custom-bent pipe between the cat and the muffler inlet with straight pipe from the local parts stores. It was also necessary to hang the muffler vertically as it was too wide to fit in the exhaust heat shield (the original factory muffler was a cylinder, not an oval).

Took me about two hours to remove the old system with a sawz-all, figure out what size pipe I needed from the local parts store, drive there and back, then install everything. Did it in the driveway without a lift which would have made it a lot easier.

Now, it's off the get the truck inspected this week so I can get plates renewed!!!
